The WS-350 is designed for lead-free soldering with a maximum PCB width of 350mm, catering to common board sizes. It features a manual flux addition system (with optional auto-fill) and a lower budget compared to the WS-450, making it ideal for mid-scale production. The servo motor-driven spray nozzle adjusts speed and frequency based on PCB dimensions, optimizing energy efficiency through independent driver control and board sensors during operation .

2. Advanced Wave Soldering Furnace System

Built with a towing welding principle, the furnace reduces air welding defects. The dual-wave design includes a first columnar jet wave peak (hydrodynamics-driven) to solve SMD element shadowing and leakage, and a second smooth wave with no impulse design for adjustable welding area and flow rate. The tin pot uses 316SUS material (optional titanium), ensuring durability and minimal oxidation .
