1. High-Efficiency Production & Extended Preheating System

The WS-450 features the longest effective length in its series, optimizing production capacity for large-scale PCB assembly. It integrates a PC + PLC control system with an automatic spray wash function, ensuring seamless operation and minimal maintenance. The machine boasts 4 preheating zones with a total preheating length of 2000mm, enabling uniform temperature distribution and precise solder joint formation.

2. Closed-Loop Inverter Control System

Equipped with an electronic speed regulator and closed-loop control, the transportation system maintains stable and accurate conveying speed (0-2000mm/min). An inlet pressure auxiliary device prevents PCB slippage, ensuring reliable board handling during the soldering process.

3. Large Transportation Capacity

The guide rail supports a maximum load of 60kg, accommodating heavy PCBs and meeting strict production requirements. This feature is ideal for high-volume manufacturing with diverse board sizes.

4. Wave Crest Smooth Technology

Dual independent driver-controlled solder waves and board sensors activate upon PCB entry. The tin furnace adopts an ultra-low oxidation design with electronic frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing independent control of wave height for consistent soldering quality.

5. Enhanced Infiltration Nozzle Design

Specifically engineered for high-density PCBs, the special nozzle ensures complete solder infiltration, smooth solder flow, and improved wave crest stability. This design minimizes soldering defects like bridging and insufficient wetting.

6. Panel Spray Regulation System

The system enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of spray frequency, flow rate, and pattern, ensuring precise flux application for optimal soldering results.

7. Dual-Rail System & Advanced Electrical Control

The dual-rail structure boosts production efficiency while reducing energy consumption and costs. The electrical control system utilizes a German Siemens PLC with self-tuning PID temperature modules, achieving ±1℃ accuracy across all zones.
