1. Compact & Efficient Mid-Range Solution

The WS-300 is tailored for PCBs up to 300mm in width, ideal for mid-volume production lines. With an outline dimension of L3600×W1200×H1750mm and a weight of approx. 900kg, it balances space efficiency with robust performance. The machine integrates a hot air preheating system with 3 zones (1500mm total length), reaching temperatures up to 200℃, and a Windows-compatible control interface for intuitive operation.

2. Precision Control & User-Friendly Interface

Featuring a PC/touch screen/keyboard control method, the WS-300 enables real-time adjustment of parameters like conveyor speed (0-1800mm/min) and preheating profiles. The forced air cooling system and automatic finger cleaning function ensure consistent operation and minimal maintenance downtime.

3. Reliable Solder Pot System

The solder pot, constructed from stainless steel (with optional titanium upgrade), uses external heating to reach a maximum temperature of 320℃. With a capacity of 260-330kg and a warm-up time of approx. 100 minutes, it supports continuous soldering for medium-scale manufacturing needs.
