High-speed placement performance: 1. Placement speed: Theoretical maximum speed 30,000 CPH (single cantilever structure, 6-axis coordinated operation), the actual speed is affected by component type and program optimization.
2. Placement accuracy: standard components (Chip): ±40μm (±3σ), QFP package: ±30μm (±3σ).
3. Applicable component range: supports 0603 (0.6×0.3mm) to 55×55mm (maximum height 15mm), covering micro resistors, capacitors, ICs and special-shaped connectors (such as 75mm long connectors).
Vision and inspection system: 1. Flying Vision: Complete component identification while the placement head is moving, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
2. Polygon identification solution: Enhance the placement capability of special-shaped components (such as BGA, QFN), and support high-precision positioning of 55mm ICs.
3. Fixed camera (FOV45): used for PCB Mark point positioning to ensure the accuracy of substrate transmission and mounting coordinates.
Feeder system: 1. Electric feeder (eFeeder): supports 120 8mm belt feeders, compatible with SM series pneumatic feeders, and realizes seamless connection between new and old equipment.
2. Automatic alignment function of suction position: optimizes component pickup position and reduces material throwing rate.
3. Smart Feeder technology: supports automatic material connection and material shortage warning to improve production continuity.
PCB processing capacity: 1. Standard substrate size: single-track mode 50×40mm~460×400mm, dual-track mode maximum 460×250mm.
