Description

High-speed placement performance: 1. Placement speed: Theoretical maximum speed 40,000 CPH, achieved through the collaborative operation of a single cantilever structure (1 Gantry) and 10 independent spindles (10 Spindles/Head), optimizing the suction and placement actions and improving efficiency.
2. Placement accuracy: Standard components (Chip): ±40µm (±3σ)
3. QFP package: ±30µm (±3σ).

Visual system optimization: 1. Flying Vision: Complete component recognition while the placement head is moving, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
2. High-resolution camera: Supports accurate recognition of 0402 (01005 inch) to □42mm ICs, suitable for precision components such as QFP, BGA and other packages.
3. Fixed camera (FOV45): Standard for PCB Mark point positioning to ensure the accuracy of substrate transmission and placement coordinates.

Feeder system: 1. Electric feeder (eFeeder): supports 120 8mm belt feeders, compatible with SM series pneumatic feeders, and realizes seamless connection between new and old equipment.
2. Automatic alignment function of suction position: optimizes the component picking position and reduces the throwing rate.
3. SMART Feeder technology: supports automatic material receiving and feeding, reduces manual intervention, and improves production continuity.

PCB processing capacity: 1. Standard substrate size: 460×400mm, optional expansion to 1,500×460mm (suitable for long LED or display PCB).
2. Thickness range: 0.38mm~4.2mm, supports flexible boards and rigid boards.

Motion and vacuum system: 1. Dual servo Y-axis drive: optimizes the stability of track transmission and reduces vibration during high-speed movement.
2. Vacuum pump optimization: realizes suction stability and minimizes air pressure consumption, reducing energy consumption.

Intelligent software and operation interface: 1. Mounting accuracy correction system: Dynamically calibrate the suction position, head position and track position to adapt to environmental changes.
2. Windows 7 operating system: Equipped with dual 15-inch VGA color screens, supporting real-time monitoring and program adjustment.
