Mounting head and laser recognition system
8-nozzle mounting head: RS-1XL uses a parallel 8-nozzle mounting head, supports synchronous picking and mounting, can handle 50mm×150mm large components (such as heat sinks, connectors), and can complete mixed mounting from tiny components to large devices without changing the mounting head.
Newly developed upper and lower integrated drive function: optimizes the vertical motion control of the nozzle to improve mounting stability and efficiency.
Dynamic pressure control: automatically adjusts the mounting pressure according to the size and weight of the component to avoid component breakage or PCB damage.
Laser recognition technology: standard LNC series laser sensor, supports real-time height and position recognition of 0402 (0.4×0.2mm) to 50mm×150mm components, with an accuracy of ±0.05mm (Cpk≥1), suitable for complex packages such as QFP and BGA.

 Feeder system
RF electric feeder: compatible with 8mm to 56mm tape feeders, supports tube and tray components, and the feeder capacity reaches 120 stations (calculated based on 8mm tape).
Smart Feeder technology: automatic material receiving and material shortage warning functions, reducing manual intervention and improving continuous production efficiency.

PCB processing capabilities
Ultra-Tagslarge substrate support: The standard substrate size is 650mm×560mm, suitable for large-size PCB production such as LED light boards and industrial control boards.
Extended transmission track: through combined transmission extension, it supports ultra-long substrates (such as 1,200mm×370mm) to meet diversified production needs.
Substrate fixing technology: using a motor-driven support table to reduce vibration during substrate transmission, improve placement accuracy, and shorten substrate fixing time.

Motion control system Linear motor and servo drive
Y-axis linear motor: achieve high-speed motion (acceleration optimization) and high-precision positioning, and reduce mechanical vibration.
X-axis dual servo drive: synchronous control of left and right independent servo motors to ensure the stability of the placement head under long stroke (650mm).

 Software and intelligent functions
JaNets production management system: supports integration with other equipment on the production line (such as the RX series), realizes real-time monitoring of production data, program optimization and fault diagnosis, and improves overall workshop efficiency.
Offline programming and simulation: import CAD data through HLC software, optimize the placement path and simulate debugging to shorten the line change time.
Automatic calibration function: supports CPK precision correction, automatically measures the placement offset through the glass fixture substrate, and adjusts the process parameters to maintain long-term accuracy
