 Laser recognition system
LNC60 laser sensor: Through high-resolution laser irradiation of components to form shadows, it can identify the position, angle and size of components in real time, and supports 0603 (British 0201) to 33.5mm square components (including complex packages such as QFP and BGA). The placement accuracy is ±0.05mm (Cpk≥1), and unified recognition is completed during high-speed movement, reducing downtime and improving efficiency. The side captures the shape of components to reduce the impact of electrode shape and color on recognition and enhance stability.

Mounting head and nozzle design
6-nozzle laser mounting head: A single mounting head is equipped with 6 independent nozzles, supporting synchronous picking and mounting, with a theoretical speed of 32,000 CPH (under optimal conditions).
Screw nozzle design: It can handle large components with a maximum diameter of 25mm (such as LED lenses and diffusers) to achieve high-speed interactive suction. The nozzle material is optimized to meet the needs of micro components (such as 0603) and high-density mounting.

 PCB handling system
Compatibility of long substrates: supports 1,500mm×360mm ultra-long substrates (transferred in three times), suitable for long-size production requirements such as LED light boards and LCD backlights.
Standard substrate sizes range from 650mm×360mm (single transfer) to 1,500mm×360mm (expanded option), compatible with flexible and rigid boards.
The substrate support table is motor-driven to reduce mounting deviation caused by vibration.

 Feeder system
Mixed feeder configuration:
Supports mixed use of mechanical and electric feeders, with a standard configuration of up to 40 components (8mm tape type), and optional electric feeders can be expanded to 160.
Electric feeder (eFeeder): Compatible with other JUKI series (such as RX/FX/KE) to improve production line stability.
Smart Feeder technology: automatic material receiving and material shortage warning to reduce manual intervention.

 Motion control and drive system
Dual servo Y-axis drive: optimizes track transmission stability, reduces vibration during high-speed motion, and ensures placement accuracy.
Linear motor technology: Some models use magnetic suspension drive to reduce friction loss and long-term maintenance-free.

 Intelligent functions and software
Component inspection function: Real-time monitoring of component absorption status through the screen before placement to prevent missing or wrong placement of small components. Automatically check component return status and stand-up problems after placement to reduce defective rate.
Modular programming: supports integration with JUKI production system “JaNets” to optimize production line management.

 Maintenance and reliability
Modular design: key components such as nozzles and feeders support quick replacement to reduce maintenance time.
Electric feeder is lubricated-free: reduce the frequency of daily maintenance and extend the life of the equipment.
CPK precision correction: regularly calibrate the placement offset through the glass fixture substrate to ensure process stability.
