Functions and Features

X-Ray Tube Setup:Utilizes sealed tube style X – ray tube, same as FX100 with 90kv tube voltage, 200uA tube current, 5um details resolution, air cooling mode, and 125 (times) geometric magnification time.

Flat Panel Detector Parameters:Flat panel detector has 85um pixel size, 15361536mm pixel matrix, 130130mm effective imaging area, 20 Fps, and 16bit AD conversion digits, matching FX100 in this aspect.

Motion Control Performance:Motion control system provides 400mm Axis X, 450mm Axis Y, 300mm Axis Z, and sample table rotates plus or minus 60 degrees for Axis R.
