Description

Vision system
Function: 1. Cognex In-Sight vision system and DataMan barcode reader are used for component positioning, polarity detection and QR code reading, supporting 0.6mm tolerance detection 12.
2. Optional 3D laser detection module detects component height and coplanarity to prevent cold solder joints.

Safety monitoring system
Function: 1. Integrated VariKont L2 ultrasonic sensor array for obstacle monitoring around the equipment, triggering emergency deceleration or stop to avoid collision (similar to aerial platform application logic) 3.
2. Support synchronization function to reduce sensor signal crosstalk.

Feeder system
Function: 1. Electric feeder (eFeeder): supports 8mm to 56mm belt feeders, compatible with tube/tray components, and has Smart Feeder technology for automatic material collection.
2. Integrated Fault Bus communication, single-line transmission of overcurrent, overheating and other fault signals, reducing pin occupancy (refer to BridgeSwitch™ power device design)7.

Motion control system
Function: 1. Linear motor drive: X/Y axis resolution reaches micron level, and mounting accuracy is estimated to be ±25μm (refer to DECAN S2 performance).
2. Vibration suppression technology: Optimize acceleration curve, theoretical mounting speed may reach more than 80,000 CPH.

Power supply and communication module
Function: 1. Adopt contactless power supply design (such as EDCD series module), realize multi-channel load protection through CAN bus, and improve reliability7.
2. Support Ethernet communication, integrate with MES/ERP system, and upload production data in real time.
