Mounting head system
Turret mounting head: adopts 4 beams and 4 mounting heads structure, which enables a single mounting head to support fast switching of multiple components. The theoretical mounting speed reaches 150,000 CPH (dual-track model) or 136,000 CPH (single-track model), which is the highest speed level among similar models.
Direct drive design: The mounting head is directly driven by a brushless motor to reduce mechanical transmission loss and improve response speed and accuracy (mounting accuracy ±25μm @ 3σ, supporting 0201 (0.25×0.125mm) chip components).
Feeder system
SL feeder (Super Loading Feeder): supports 8mm to 56mm tape feeders, with a maximum capacity of 80 components (calculated based on 8mm tape), compatible with tube-mounted and tray-mounted components, and improves material change efficiency and production continuity.
Innovative refilling operation mode: Reduce manual intervention, increase actual production capacity to 75%, and significantly reduce downtime.
Vision and detection system
High-precision laser recognition: Real-time detection of component position, angle and height, support 03015 chips (±25μm accuracy) and 0402/0603 components (±36μm accuracy), and meet the needs of high-density PCB mounting.
Coplanarity detection device: Integrated high-reliability detection module to ensure the mounting quality of special-shaped components (such as QFP, BGA).
PCB processing capability
Substrate size compatibility: Single-track model: Supports 50×50mm~381×510mm substrates (standard configuration), and the expansion option supports large-size PCBs of L381×W510mm.
Dual-track model: Supports 330×250mm~50×50mm substrates, suitable for efficient dual-track synchronous production of small and medium-sized PCBs.
Intelligent transmission system: optimize substrate fixation and transmission speed, reduce vibration and deformation, and improve mounting stability.
Motion control system
Offset linear motor drive: X/Y axis uses linear motor and magnetic suspension technology, combined with lightweight beam design, to reduce mechanical vibration and achieve micron-level positioning under high-speed motion (acceleration optimization).
Dual servo Y-axis drive: ensure the synchronization and stability of track transmission, and improve the accuracy and consistency of long substrate mounting.
Software and intelligent functions
Real-time production monitoring: integrated fault diagnosis and parameter adjustment interface, supports real-time display of mounting status, throwing rate and error code, and optimizes production management efficiency.
Compatibility expansion: supports combination with other YAMAHA models (such as YSM series) to build flexible production lines and adapt to diversified production scenarios.
