UV curing reflow ovens are essential in LED lens SMT lines to solidify UV-curable adhesives, ensuring secure and precise bonding of the lenses to the PCB.

The primary function of an LED lens is to focus light, requiring precise positioning and secure bonding to the PCB. Glue ensures stability without the risks of solder bridging or interference with light transmission. Solder paste, designed for electrical connections, is unsuitable due to its properties and potential optical issues.

A LED + DOB SMT line include one LED pick and place machine and a DOB pick and place machine. LED pick and place machines are dedicated to mount LED components in high speed. Meanwhile DOB pick and place machine mount only DOB components with precision. Combination of 2 machines make production line more efficient, faster and cost effective production.

A full auto SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line automates the entire process from loading to unloading, eliminating manual feeding. This allows for efficient operation with minimal human intervention, typically requiring only one operator to oversee the entire line.

A standard SMT line typically includes a loader, conveyor, solder paste printer, SPI, pick and place machine, reflow oven, and AXI. Specific machines may vary based on application and production targets.

A semi-auto SMT production line includes a semi-automatic solder paste printer. It does not have loaders or unloaders, so the loading and unloading processes are done manually by a human operator. This setup typically requires more labor costs.
