插入精度高。最佳插入率达99.997%。高精度视觉坐标定位系统通过识别插入位置所有孔（2孔或3孔）的位置，计算出最佳插入位置，并进行算法校正，以辅助精密机械定位销系统实现稳定的插件植入。

新型针纸切割机构，采用针形设计，减少材料消耗；配备全自动材料补充和回收功能，自动处理插针错误，实现不间断运行；还可以轻松实现特殊插针要求，例如针形90度弯曲元件、3.5mm非标针间距和高密度植入。
